- Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.
- Unopened Products Only: We can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging. Products that arrive damaged or are returned opened may be ineligible for a full refund or may be refused.

Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.

Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long do most people use the pillow?
Most post-surgical patients use the Shoulder Sleeper for 6–12 weeks during their primary recovery period. Many patients continue using it long after recovery because of the comfort and sleep quality improvement. Patients with chronic shoulder conditions often use it indefinitely.

What's the difference between the 3, 4, 5, and 6-week programs?
The difference is the number of servings of the XR® Recovery Supplement included. The 3-week program suits shorter or minimally invasive procedures. The 4-week program fits common orthopedic surgeries. The 5-week program is for longer recovery timelines, and the 6-week program is designed for major surgeries, revisions, or patients with higher risk profiles. Longer programs include a discount. Your surgeon can help guide which length is right for your procedure.
When do I start taking the supplements?
Begin taking the XR® Recovery Supplement at 2 packets daily one week before your surgery date. Take the Pre-Op Carb Loading the evening before surgery (2 packets over 2 hours) and again the morning of surgery (1 packet, 2–4 hours before the procedure). Continue the Recovery Supplement post-operatively for the duration of your program.
What can I mix the supplements with?
The XR® Recovery Supplement can be mixed with water, juice, or added to a protein shake or smoothie. The XR® Pre-Op Carb Loading must be mixed with water only to maintain clear-fluid status per anesthesia requirements — do not mix with juice, milk, or other beverages.
Why can't I just eat a healthy diet instead?
A healthy diet is important, but achieving the clinical doses of myHMB®, creatine, and leucine-enriched essential amino acids needed for optimal surgical recovery through food alone would require an excessive caloric intake. XR® provides these targeted ingredients at proven effective doses in a low-calorie, 70-calorie-per-serving format.
