Four simple steps to set up your pillow and find relief during your recovery.
Unstrap Front Velcro & Adjust Waist Strap
Start by opening the front velcro strap completely. Then adjust the waist strap to fit comfortably around your midsection — it should feel snug but not tight.
Sit Down, Remove Your Sling (If Needed) & Slide Your Arm In
Find a comfortable seated position. If you're wearing a sling, remove it before sliding your affected arm into the pillow channel.
Your elbow should float — not press into the bottom corner. If it does, re-adjust the waist strap before proceeding.
Close the Front Velcro & Slide Your Wrist Into the Strap
Once your arm is positioned, close the front velcro to secure the pillow in place. Then slide your wrist gently into the wrist strap until it feels supported and stable.
Put On the Waist Strap
Bring the waist strap around your body and fasten it securely. The strap holds the pillow close to your torso while sleeping, preventing it from shifting overnight.
Strap feeling too small? Use the included extended strap for a comfortable, custom fit.
