Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Who is it designed for?

How is it different from sleeping in a sling?

Slings are built for daytime use — not sleep. They use neck straps that cause cervical strain, have no cushioning, and do nothing to prevent your arm from shifting overnight. The Shoulder Sleeper eliminates neck straps entirely, cushions multiple sleep positions, and keeps zero pressure on your surgical site while you rest.

What size do I need?

Small/Medium fits patients 5'0"–5'10". Large/XL fits patients 5'11" and above. Choose your size based on height for the correct arm elevation and body alignment.

Do I need left or right?

Yes — select the side that matches your affected or surgical shoulder. Left for left shoulder, right for right shoulder.

How does the arm channel work?

The surgeon-designed arm channel is a dedicated cutout that holds your arm elevated and your shoulder in a neutral position all night — eliminating the shifting and pressure that wakes most shoulder patients every one to two hours with a regular pillow.

Does it keep my arm from moving overnight?

Yes — the pillow includes an arm strap for secure positioning, an adjustable waist strap for a personalized fit, and a wrist and hand strap to minimize arm movement during sleep. Especially important for back sleepers.

Is the cover washable?

Yes — the hypoallergenic bamboo-blend cover is fully removable and machine washable. We recommend having an extra cover on hand so your pillow is always clean and ready to use.
