- 14-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

- Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.
- Unopened Products Only: We can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging. Products that arrive damaged or are returned opened may be ineligible for a full refund or may be refused.
- Return Authorization Required: Please contact us before sending any return to receive the designated return address and authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued once our fulfillment partner confirms the returned package has been delivered and inspected. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

All returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery through our Loop Returns Portal. We cover return shipping on all eligible returns.

Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping for surgery patients?
Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long do most people use the pillow?
Most post-surgical patients use the Shoulder Sleeper for 6–12 weeks during their primary recovery period. Many patients continue using it long after recovery because of the comfort and sleep quality improvement. Patients with chronic shoulder conditions often use it indefinitely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. Free shipping is available on all US orders.
What is the XR® Recovery Supplement and what does it do?
It is a physician-formulated powder drink mix containing clinically proven ingredients at effective dosages specifically designed for surgical and musculoskeletal injury recovery. It works to prevent muscle atrophy, stimulate muscle growth and tissue repair, reduce oxidative stress, support wound healing, and promote circulation — covering the full spectrum of nutritional needs during recovery.
When do I start taking it?
Begin taking 2 packets daily one week before surgery to prime your body's nutritional reserves ahead of the procedure. Continue at 2 packets daily for at least two weeks post-surgery, or longer as directed by your healthcare provider.
What makes XR® different from a regular protein powder or amino acid supplement?
XR® is specifically formulated for the surgical stress response — not general fitness. It contains myHMB® to prevent muscle breakdown during immobilization, a leucine-enriched EAA complex dosed above clinical thresholds, creatine for lean mass preservation, and a full micronutrient panel for wound healing and bone repair. It is also NSF Certified for Sport®, lactose-free, gluten-free, and free from added sugars — a standard most recovery supplements don't meet.
What can I mix it with?
Mix with water, juice, or add to a protein shake or fruit smoothie. Unlike the XR® Pre-Op Carb Loading drink, there is no restriction on what you mix the Recovery Supplement with.

Yes. Is it suitable for patients with dietary restrictions?
Yes — XR® is vegan-friendly, lactose-free, gluten-free, and contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, or dyes. At 70 calories per serving it is also low-calorie, making it appropriate for patients managing weight during a reduced-activity recovery period.
Does insurance cover it?
Medicare and Medicaid do not cover XR® products. HSA/FSA coverage may be available with a letter of medical necessity from your healthcare provider through their Truemed partner.
