To begin, enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and your shipping zip code. Returns cannot be processed any other way.
Repack: Once return confirmation is received, repack the item in its original packaging with all contents included.
Print & Ship: A return shipping label will be generated and you can print from the loop portal.
Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through your original payment method.
