Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping for surgery patients?
Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

When should I order this bundle?
Ideally before your surgery date so everything is set up and ready when you come home. Most patients wish they had their sleep environment prepared in advance rather than figuring it out while in pain and wearing a sling.
Do I need to select a size and arm side?
Yes — for the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow, select Small or Large based on your height, and Left or Right based on your surgical arm.
How do I use all three products together?
Use the Red Light Therapy Brace during the day while resting. Apply the ice wrap for 10–15 minutes before bed to bring down inflammation, then remove it and use the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow to keep your shoulder stable and protected through the night.
Can I use the ice wrap while sleeping?
No — the ice wrap is best used while awake and resting. Apply it before bed, then remove before falling asleep.
When can I start using the red light brace after surgery?
Always check with your surgeon before use. When cleared, use it during rest periods to support circulation and reduce stiffness.
Does the ice wrap work for heat therapy too?
Yes — the reusable gel insert is both freezer and microwave safe. Use cold in the early post-operative phase to manage swelling, and heat later in recovery before physical therapy sessions to loosen the shoulder and improve mobility.
