Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long do most people use the pillow?

Do I need to select a size and side for the pillow?
Yes — select Small/Medium (5'0"–5'10") or Large/XL (5'11"+) based on your height, and Left or Right based on your surgical shoulder.
What is the Pre-Op Carbohydrate Loading and when do I take it?
It is an anesthesia-approved maltodextrin complex carbohydrate and electrolyte drink that replaces traditional pre-surgical fasting. Take it the evening before surgery and again the morning of your procedure 2–4 hours before your scheduled time. Mix with water only to maintain clear-fluid status per anesthesia requirements.
When do I start taking the Recovery Supplement?
Begin taking 2 packets daily one week before your surgery date to prime your body's nutritional reserves ahead of the procedure. Continue at 2 packets daily post-operatively for the full 3-week program duration.
How is XR® different from a regular protein powder?
