Returns between 16–30 days of delivery
If your sterile bag was never opened:

Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
