- 14-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to a designated return address that we will provide upon return authorization.
- Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.
- Unopened Products Only: We can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging. Products that arrive damaged or are returned opened may be ineligible for a full refund or may be refused.
- Return Authorization Required: Please contact us before sending any return to receive the designated return address and authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued once our fulfillment partner confirms the returned package has been delivered and inspected. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

All returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery through our Loop Returns Portal. We cover return shipping on all eligible returns.

Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping for surgery patients?
Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long do most people use the pillow?
Most post-surgical patients use the Shoulder Sleeper for 6–12 weeks during their primary recovery period. Many patients continue using it long after recovery because of the comfort and sleep quality improvement. Patients with chronic shoulder conditions often use it indefinitely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. Free shipping is available on all US orders.
Who is this kit for?
It's designed for three groups: post-surgical patients who didn't purchase beforehand, people recovering from a recent injury, and active individuals who want to optimize recovery from workouts or endurance events.
How is this different from the Surgical Protocol Kit?
The Recovery Protocol Kit contains OptiFuel but does not include OptiCharge, which is used for carbohydrate loading before surgery. If you're already past surgery or were injured, you don't need OptiCharge — this kit is built for that stage.
What does OptiFuel contain?
Each packet has 25g of whey protein plus leucine, glutamine, collagen, omega-3s, curcumin, and essential vitamins. The amino acid profile is higher than most standard protein powders and is specifically calibrated for healing and recovery.
How do I take it?
Once per day. Mix one packet into 12–16 oz of water, milk, or non-dairy milk and shake for 30 seconds.
Is it third-party tested?
