Return Policy for Shoulder Sleeper Pillow — U.S. Orders

All returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery through our Loop Returns Portal. We cover return shipping on all eligible returns.

Returns within 15 days of delivery

• Cover is clean, returned in original packaging — 95% refund
• Cover is clean, different packaging used — 75% refund
• Cover is dirty or has an odor, original packaging — 70% refund
• Cover is dirty or has an odor, different packaging — 50% refund

Returns between 16–30 days of delivery

If your sterile bag was never opened:

• Cover is clean, original packaging — 95% refund
• Cover is clean, different packaging — 75% refund
• Cover is dirty or has an odor, original packaging — 75% refund
• Cover is dirty or has an odor, different packaging — 55% refund

If your sterile bag was opened:

• Cover is clean, original packaging — 50% refund
• Cover is clean, different packaging — 30% refund
• Cover is dirty or has an odor, original packaging — 25% refund
• Cover is dirty or has an odor, different packaging — 5% refund

Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.

International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.

Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.

Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.
