Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping for surgery patients?
Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long do most people use the pillow?
Most post-surgical patients use the Shoulder Sleeper for 6–12 weeks during their primary recovery period. Many patients continue using it long after recovery because of the comfort and sleep quality improvement. Patients with chronic shoulder conditions often use it indefinitely.

When should I order this bundle?
As early as possible — ideally at least a week before your surgery date so you have time to set everything up and get familiar with it before you come home from the hospital. You do not want to be waiting on a delivery while recovering in a sling.
Do I need to select a size and arm side?
Yes — for the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow, select Small or Large based on your height, and Left or Right based on your surgical arm.
How do the wedge and Shoulder Sleeper work together?
The 4-Piece Wedge System elevates your entire upper body at the correct recovery angle, and the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow sits at the top to keep your arm specifically supported in a neutral position. Together they create a complete, head-to-knee sleep setup that keeps your whole body properly aligned overnight.
How do I adjust the wedge as I recover?
Start with both incline wedges stacked at maximum elevation on night one when inflammation and swelling are at their peak. As symptoms improve and comfort increases, remove one wedge to lower the angle. Continue gradually reducing incline until you are comfortable sleeping flat again.
Can I use the ice wrap while sleeping?
No — the ice wrap is best used while awake and resting. Apply it for 10–15 minutes before bed to bring down inflammation, then remove it before falling asleep and let the Shoulder Sleeper take over.
Does the ice wrap work for heat therapy later in recovery?
Yes — the reusable gel insert is both freezer and microwave safe. Use cold in the early post-operative phase to manage swelling, and heat later in recovery before physical therapy sessions to loosen the shoulder and improve mobility.
Why do I need elevation after shoulder surgery?
Elevation reduces swelling by improving circulation and preventing fluid from pooling in the joint overnight. Most surgeons recommend sleeping at an incline for the first several weeks post-surgery.
