Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping for surgery patients?
Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long do most people use the pillow?
Most post-surgical patients use the Shoulder Sleeper for 6–12 weeks during their primary recovery period. Many patients continue using it long after recovery because of the comfort and sleep quality improvement. Patients with chronic shoulder conditions often use it indefinitely.
Do you ship internationally?

How is the Premium Bundle different from the Deluxe Bundle?
The Premium Bundle includes everything in the Deluxe Bundle except the 4-Piece Adjustable Wedge Pillow System. It's the ideal choice for patients who already have an elevation solution, are further along in recovery and no longer need a wedge, or prefer a streamlined setup focused on sleep positioning, cold therapy, and light therapy.
How is the Premium Bundle different from the Post Operative Bundle?
The Post Operative Bundle includes the ice wrap and red light brace but no extra cover or dedicated ice pack rotation system. The Premium Bundle adds the extra cover for uninterrupted nightly use and the 2-pack ice rotation system for continuous daytime cold therapy with no waiting between applications.
When should I order this bundle?
Before your surgery date if possible, so everything is set up and ready when you come home. If you've already had surgery or been injured, order as soon as possible so you can get your full recovery routine in place.
Do I need to select a size and arm side?
Yes — for the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow and extra cover, select Small or Large based on your height, and Left or Right based on your surgical arm.
How does the 2-pack ice rotation system work?
While one gel pack is delivering cold therapy on your shoulder, the other goes back in the freezer. By the time your session ends, the second pack is cold and ready — no waiting, no gaps in your icing routine.
Can I use the ice packs while sleeping?
No — ice packs should be used while awake and resting. Apply for 15–20 minutes before bed to reduce inflammation, then remove before falling asleep and let the Shoulder Sleeper take over for the night.
When can I start using the red light brace after surgery?
Always check with your surgeon before use. When cleared, use it during rest periods for 10–20 minutes per session to support circulation and reduce stiffness.
Why do I need an extra cover?
During recovery you'll be using the Shoulder Sleeper every single night. A second cover means you can wash one without ever going a night without your pillow properly covered and ready to use.
