Do you offer expedited shipping for surgery patients?
Yes — we understand timing is critical. We offer an Express shipping option at checkout so you can receive your products within 2 business days.
Are your products covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes — all of our products are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout or submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long do most people use the pillow?
Most post-surgical patients use the Shoulder Sleeper for 6–12 weeks during their primary recovery period. Many patients continue using it long after recovery because of the comfort and sleep quality improvement. Patients with chronic shoulder conditions often use it indefinitely.

When should I order this bundle?
Before your surgery date — ideally at least a week ahead so you have time to set everything up and get familiar with the products before you come home from the hospital. The last thing you want is waiting on a delivery while recovering in a sling.
Do I need to select a size and arm side?
Yes — for the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow and extra cover, select Small or Large based on your height, and Left or Right based on your surgical arm.
How do the wedge system and Shoulder Sleeper work together?
The 4-Piece Wedge System elevates your entire upper body at the correct recovery angle, and the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow sits at the top to keep your arm specifically supported in a neutral position. Together they create a complete, head-to-knee sleep setup that keeps your whole body properly aligned overnight.
How does the 2-pack ice rotation system work?
While one gel pack is on your shoulder delivering cold therapy, the other goes back in the freezer. By the time you finish one application, the second pack is cold and ready — no waiting, no interruption to your icing routine.
Can I use the ice packs while sleeping?
No — ice packs should be used while awake and resting. Apply for 15–20 minutes before bed, then remove before falling asleep and let the Shoulder Sleeper take over for the night.
When can I start using the red light brace after surgery?
Always check with your surgeon before use. When cleared, use it during rest periods for 10–20 minutes per session to support circulation and reduce stiffness.
How do I adjust the wedge system as I recover?
Start with both incline wedges stacked at maximum elevation on night one. As symptoms improve, remove one wedge to reduce the angle. Continue gradually until you're comfortable sleeping flat again.
