All returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery through our Loop Returns Portal. We cover return shipping on all eligible returns.
Returns within 15 days of delivery
- Cover is clean, returned in original packaging — 95% refund
- Cover is clean, different packaging used — 75% refund
- Cover is dirty or has an odor, original packaging — 70% refund
- Cover is dirty or has an odor, different packaging — 50% refund
Returns between 16–30 days of delivery
If your sterile bag was never opened:
- Cover is clean, original packaging — 95% refund
- Cover is clean, different packaging — 75% refund
- Cover is dirty or has an odor, original packaging — 75% refund
- Cover is dirty or has an odor, different packaging — 55% refund
If your sterile bag was opened:
- Cover is clean, original packaging — 50% refund
- Cover is clean, different packaging — 30% refund
- Cover is dirty or has an odor, original packaging — 25% refund
- Cover is dirty or has an odor, different packaging — 5% refund
Returns after 30 days
Only accepted if the pillow is completely untouched and the sterile bag remains sealed — 80% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. The final refund amount is determined upon inspection.
International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped outside the United States.
